This fully independent holiday home has its own private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and a private terrace.
TWO INDEPENDENT HOLIDAY HOMES
The Château and the Pigeonnière are two separate, fully self-contained holiday homes.
Each property features a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, an outdoor area, and private amenities, allowing guests to enjoy complete independence.
The two holiday homes operate as separate rental properties and are booked independently.
- See the different minimum rental periods and the arrival- and departure days below;– April to mid-May: minimum stay 3 nights, or 2 nights with a wedding, any arrival day– mid-May to the end of May: minimum stay 3 nights, or 2 nights with a wedding, any arrival day– Mid-June to mid-September: minimum stay 7 nights, the arrival day is Saturday– mid-September and October: minimum stay 3 nights, or 2 nights with a wedding, any arrival day
- Inclusive in the rental fee are the costs for the bedding, towels, gas, water, electricity TV, Internet and the use of the Cinema.
- Mandatory cleaning costs: € 450,-
- Deposit: € 1.000,-
- Holding fee: 40% of the total rental fee.
